How is Stepli different from a contact database?

A contact database gives you people to search. Stepli starts with companies that just posted relevant vacancies, finds the people to approach there, verifies their emails and connects them to outreach, replies and CRM.

How does Stepli find companies that are hiring?

Every night, Stepli collects fresh public job postings matching the keywords and countries you choose. Matching vacancies are grouped by hiring company, so you see the employer behind each opportunity.

Which countries can I target?

One or several countries in the same campaign, across Europe, North America, South America and beyond. Stepli collects vacancies for every country you select.

Who does Stepli contact at each company?

The people who hire for that vacancy. Smart matching reads the job title and company size: an engineering role goes to the CTO, an engineering manager or talent acquisition, a sales role to the head of sales. In small companies the founder is included. You can switch to fixed roles per campaign.

Does Stepli provide hiring manager contacts?

Stepli finds people in the roles you choose, including founders, C-level, HR and talent leaders, tech leaders and directors. Their work email is verified against the mail server before you get the contact.

Does Stepli send the emails too?

Yes. Sequences go from your own Outlook, Microsoft 365, Gmail, Google Workspace or SMTP mailboxes. You control the sequence and schedule, and emails can use person, company and vacancy details.
